I just spoke with Sam, he said his account was banned over this issue, and he wasn’t even given a chance to share his side of the story.

Share his side of the story to who exactly?why can't he simply explain that to the OP via Dm,why is he ignoring the op?
The same way you spoke to him,why can't he call the op to let him know what wrong?

This is not the first time this guy has been accused of such,

They even claimed the address he fronts on here,the shop was visited and they claimed also he committed fraud and has ran away.

This is not the first time they are calling Psalmz out on this forum,
He was called our recently too of exactly the same issue,
That thread till date we don't know what became of it.

This is another issue now,

The address he claims is his shop,they also accused him of the same offence,running away with money and market,

We are waiting for him to explain

Bros, you should have asked him to narrate his side of the story to you(if at all he has), so you can help him to report it here if his account was blocked so that people with intellect here will mediate.

What ever he narrates to me is actually not important in this case.
Resolution is the main thing. I told him to resolve the matter, in my words "even if you are not a scammer or have no intention to scam. Not communicating will cause more damage and give everyone another narrative.

Yet, no point in your opinion includes advising @psalmz to reach out to the aggrieved. Instead, he should pursue mods to unban his account so that he can present a c0ck&buLL story for his fanboys.

Isn't it weird that your priorities reside in recovering a banned account rather than a direct resolution? Tell him to contact the OP directly by call or funds transfer. If he does the needful, the OP will retract his statement and delete the thread.

I clearly know what you are trying to do.. But what I don't understand is why.
When I speak of resolution, it involves him fixing the issue with the op.
If they could fix the issue on their own, we won't be here in the first place

Everyone can clearly see from which angle you're coming from.
He told you all these and you didn't ask him what was the agreed time he promised the goods to arrive?
And he also didn't tell you how many times he has said the phones are already in Nigeria?
And if the phones are in Nigeria already, what stops him from delivering it to the owner?

Then if you can, copy the said petition to the office of Ohaneze NDI igbo in Lagos, to inform them of what their brother has been up to... So that they have a chance to call him to order before you spends the rest if his life trying to beat allegations of terrorism and belonging to a proscribed group...

If he fails to honor the IGP's invitation, they are fully capable of picking up on top of his wife in the dead of the night and transport him at least 1000km away from his house overnight.


Just be ready to spend money... But believe me when I tell you that he will be the last person he will scam in four lifetimes if you follow up with my advice...and he will repay you all you have spent giving him the home training his parents failed to give him.

People like him need to have hefty allegations put on his head to keep him busy for life, as he is too criminal to respect himself..
