You've a point, but you can't ban foreign students. Everyone knows wherever you find yourself, you have to follow the laws of the land. If any foreign commits a crime then he or she should be ready to face the consequences which the laws must have been read out to all of them. Did you know how many foreign students that passed through Havard have contributed to the Uinted State and their main origin?? Bro, that policy has to be reversed
