Emergency lovers of Nigeria will not be happy with this. In fact if you’re looking for the real enemy of Nigeria, look no further, they are the ones. Because how can you get upset and be sad when you hear positive news about your country and the president but get excited and happy when you hear negative news? |

Part of the deal he signed in France involves using Nigeria as a test case for a one-party system in Africa. If it succeeds, other African puppet countries will follow, the plan is to hand over power to Shettima in 2031, a reward for his role in the staged Chibok saga and the ousting of GEJ, just as they influenced the choice of Shettima as VP over El-Rufai, who was also eyeing the position. Truth is, he's not serving Nigeria but Western interests. All his major policies, removal of fuel subsidy, floating the naira, hikes in electricity and telecom tariffs, and the controversial tax reform bill, are tailored to please the West. He’s nothing more than a puppet in their hands. |

Nahunger:That cheap money from oil production was what made majority of Nigerians benefited from highly subsidised tertiary education , fuel subsidy for many years and even cheaper cost of living compared to many west african counterpar. E.t.c. It is the failure of civil servants and politicians to use that cheap money from oil to diversify to other production to improve our income base that led us to where we are right now. Our population was increasing in great measure, yet our biggest earner which used to be about 2.3million barrels per day of oil production reduced to 1 million barrels per day. Most Nigerians don't understand cause and effect. An increase in oil production will improve the country. The question is to what extent? Many politicians, civil servants as well are planning to steal though, the reason why wealth is not distributed. |

chinchum:We understand cause and effect!!! But Nigeria is bereft of economic laws, we all know the oil licence has already being shared to cronies.. How is it possible Nigerian government can't build a bigger and functional refinery than that of Dangote do the maths... Nothing will change, it's just a circus trip. Even if we produce 50 million barrels per day, nothing will change. The poor leaders of before are were even better in terms of welfare and investment than the present crop of luuters 😁😁😁🤗 |

| Re: Oil Production To Resume In Ogoniland Soon, After 30 Years - Ribadu by chinchum(m): 1:48am On May 24, 2025 |
Nahunger:Talk is cheap. Mention the licences that have been shared to cronies in ogoni land. I guess it is the same easy loose talk . Nigerians are all a reflection of the leaders. Although some are worse than the other. In 2016 at the height of low oil price and vandalism, by a group called avengers, many states were owing over 6 month of salaries to civil servant due to very low states allocation. It took a 20yr repayment period BAIL OUT to almost 30 states to save the day. The overwhelming majority of Nigerians are not different than the "luuters". Dey play. |
