You have a very good point in your last sentence. And no, it isn't governance, so it would only be about looting and bragging that so and so who was appointed at the federal level comes from their state.

But, inclusion matters, doesn't it? To make all feel equal. Unless they know we arnent all equal in terms of importance, and they aren't saying it verbally but through their appointments. 😅
