Vance is just tacitly telling the raw truth why the US naval dominance for many decades is over-- the Houthis, a supposed rag-tag group successfully turned some priced US military air assets into scrap metals and scrap marines while chasing away whole fleet carriers with bleeding boards and gaping holes courtesy of Iranian tech.
