Honestly, I’m just tired. The people around me physically whether it’s neighbors, friends, or even family don’t understand anything about the online space at all. I make a living from this digital world, but anytime I try to carry one or two people along, it feels like I just gave birth and now have to nurse a newborn baby.

Most of them don’t get it at all. Even the simple stuff I’ll explain it over and over, and last last, they still won’t understand anything. I don’t even blame them too much. Not everyone will have online intelligence. But still, I keep asking myself why haven’t I met anyone offline who’s tech-savvy or even curious about this space?

Meanwhile, online I meet intelligent, sharp people who understand exactly what I’m doing. We reason together, share ideas, and grow. But offline, I feel like I’m always “Mr Know All.” but this things are just simple things . And most people around me? Just doing TikTok etc, they only know how to send "hello" "hi" gossiping, chatting and wasting time on nonsense.

Trying to help anyone offline feels like signing a lifelong contract with headache.

Sometimes, I just keep quiet because trying to carry people along is pure stress. They don't even know the use of the gadgets in their hands

It can be frustrating, but I'll counsel u not to give up - esp. regarding ur siblings and anyone that you can trust to have your back - I have had similar situation happen to me and I regret giving up on training some people around me(they wanted the money but had no interest in learning the process, got fed up and let em be)... Somethings later happened that taught me valuable lessons.
Pls don't stop trying to teach em(family and friends) even if it means "incentisizing" the learning process, a wealthy man among several average people, is an average man too - it might just take a while for him to realize it.

Should, u go the xtra mile e no still work, u fit let em be, just make sure say nobody know your real worth.

as in eh the thing taya me o . you see them buying big big phones. phones they can't even use to earn back the money they spent on buying it . meanwhile me , if i spent money on buying any phone , within few weeks or month i don use that same phone make back the money way i spend buy an times 10 .

coding or things many people use laptop to learn , i use phone learn and become expert on it even before i got my laptop .

This is what I am saying , the small boy sharp by grabbing the update his class mate share give an . how would you feel actually sharing an update with someone dear to you and it start feeling like a burden to you because they can't make out anything from it instead draining your mental health. that's exactly what I am saying and i am speaking for myself and wondering why i haven't met someone offline who is that sharp enough so we work together except online where i have met significant amount of people even better than me in my various fields . but offline seems like i am living in a different world

I will give you some advanced hints that I've known and used for decades.

First off, have you ever thought of the FACT that your teaching methodology could be the problem here? Some students learn faster when they are able to VISUALIZE the end RESULTS of what they are learning. Will that end result remove them from the rat race of struggling with monthly salaries and/or menial jobs to feed themselves and take care of recurrent expenses, year after year? Seeing the end goal or results of a project in your mind can motivate you to do more.

You can check YouTube or other search engines on the "best teaching and learning methods" for people. That would take away the MENTAL drainages you feel when you try to explain a tutorial or concept to someone and s/he doesn't get it. That feeling is truly enervating.

Another dimension that most people can relate with which is the fear of mathematics by students BUT there are some mathematics teachers from around the world who have mastered how to teach their students using simple mathematical concepts and the students even hailed those teachers for enabling them to love mathematics down the road.

That poster blows hot and cold, look how she immediately reacted to another poster aggressively demanding not to be dm'ed and then spending time to gently explained to another one who totally misunderstood what she had posted.

I suspect she is a moody person who can explain things nicely one day and is quickly dismissive the next which completely throws people around her needing her help.

Hope she takes time to read your post and digests it fully, some good stuff in there.
