The process of appealing was started by Buhari, the court only stayed the enforcement while Tinubu actually overturned everything so you give credit to Tinubu too afterall governance is a continuum. No matter your usual venom, Tinubu will be reelected

The emboldened is the only part that makes sense in all you typed. That's why he can't take the credit. It's like hailing him for the dangote refinery (in which he collected 30m usd on a supposedly free trade zone here and cleaned mouth without informing lagosians about it but dangote mentioned it when he felt frustrated by Tinubu) or the phc refineries scheduled to take off before he became president. I followed the P&ID's case back to back becauee our hazardous contract would have been effected,should Nigeria lose the case. Read that link once again, don't just ignore.
