Today, as part of activities marking the second anniversary of our administration, we gathered in thanksgiving at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Aguiyi Ironsi Layout, Umuahia, to return all glory to God for the journey so far.

It was an honour to worship alongside government officials and well-meaning Abians, with the esteemed presence of His Excellency, Mr Peter Obi @PeterObi.

We deeply appreciate Mr Peter Obi's kind words and his call to all Abians to continue to uphold our government in prayers. As he rightly pointed out, governance is a great responsibility, and it requires leaders to remain true trustees of public funds, using them solely for the good of the people.

Reflecting on our achievements, I reaffirmed that none of these milestones would have been possible without God’s grace citing the scriptures in 1 Corinthians 3:6-7:
"I planted the seed, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase."

The journey has been one of resilience and divine inspiration. We recognize that our collective efforts would be in vain without God’s blessing, and so we humbly return all thanks to Him.

I sincerely appreciate all government officials, our hardworking commissioners, legislators, and judicial officers who have played vital roles in the success of our administration. A special thank you to the Church and indeed Abians for their steadfast prayers and support.

As we mark two years of transformation, we renew our commitment to sustaining the momentum. Abia is on the path of prosperity, and together, with faith, hard work, and unity, we will continue to build a future that benefits all.

I had a governor of a state that achieved a lot in terms of infrastructural development but stole so much. You would hear people defending him. "Yes he stole, but he worked". He's better than the rest. If EFCC touch am, we hit the streets! Their papa!

Well any how e wan be, I no go dey this country before 2027 because e no go ever better.

One of the very few states that got it right. Truly God's Own State. They really deserve to thank God that shone his light over the state and brought them out of the wilderness of 24 waisted years
