I like to make a clean and permanent break from things and people when it's over. I don't keep things that will remind me of them or trigger memories of them.

Sometimes it's good never to have any memories.

I delete everything. Even on WhatsApp. I even clear chats and everything. I don’t go back to my vomit and I don’t want anything that would trigger any useless feelings. I just look for someone more beautiful than you and date. Peace of mind is my number one priority
