If you read through this so called news well,one would clearly see it's an advertisement.
The estate was mentioned several times in the report and section clearly telling people to invest.
I doubt cubana has a fully developed structure in that place.
For all one knows,it could be a developing estate with just a perimeter fencing and few scattered buildings.
