Study for specifics and not for general knowledge. General knowledge will help during POP exams but specific knowledge is required for the OBJ and fill in the gap.

The application for that has closed.
There's normally a window for the application. The application is subject to approval and you have to attach supporting documents. It's called On-demand Virtual Exam.

3 semesters. Fees differ by semester. Prepare about 120k for the first semester
