Nigeria’s latest SUKUK bond of N300bn has been oversubscribed with a final subscription of N2.205trillion!

This is more than 7x the offer, signalling strong confidence from investors in the Nigerian government's debt instruments.

A Good non interest bond. It's good international bodies are having confidence in our debt repayment system. Unlike the 2005 shameful plea for the reduction of the Paris club debt.

The truth is the elites and the investment guys are having it good time in this government only that this government ensures that their numbers will not increase as he's sinking more average citizens into poverty.

I've always known Tinubu to be an elitist. Buhari that supposed to be for the masses lacked enforcement and follow-through capacity so, his programs for the masses were hijacked by the jackals.

The obvious sign that Nigerians are the enemies of Nigerians.

A good ones - because it is Bond and Non- Interest attached,so it is receiving a lot of Support, without any String attached.
It used to be linked to Muslim Schemes but more explanation are now coming to the rescues.

In a normal democracy the masses do not have to struggle for their dividends on a first come first serve basis. That's why it's good to have visited other countries to see their own standards before making blanket statements like you just did

Why is this news. Every treasury bills, bonds, euro and dollar bonds are oversubscribed. So it is not a new thing. 17% interest is better than nothing. And if you check properly it's banks that are pouring money into government backed securities and lending less to public. That how they make hundreds of billions in profits
