Wait till one day a Governor will claim his political opponent is a kidnapper and demolish his building without appropriate lawful process of court proceedings.

Their state house of assembly wrote the law.

If it brings sanity to their land. So be it

Why destroy it when it can be turned into a government project or property.

no state house of assembly law supercede land use act ..if the governor revokes your Cof O you still av the right to challenge the decision to supreme court ,till then your building can be demolished.but well I guess in a case of it constituting environmental hazards,the governor can hide under that tho ..but in this case,its a crime scene for heavens sakes ,allow the police to do their work, conclude it before such demolition,what if that man buried other people in that place.
