2, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.

JKF when he was the Governor of Ekiti through the influence of his erstwhile deputy Prof. Mrs. Adelabu was able to utilize both UBEC & SUBEB funds for the facelift & renovation in over 85% of all Public primary and secondary Schools in Ekiti.

Ironically, The most successful and elitist people in Ekiti State are secondary school teachers. A sample survey was conducted during the Fayemi regime and it was discovered that more than half of them had their children studying their Masters abroad.

In Osun State, Rauf Aregbesola built mega public schools with big basket ball courts, football pitches and standard mordern structures all over Osun State to the admiration of Non-indigines.

Other states can borrow from that model.
