Hello, here are my thoughts about your concerns. I have been with Sterling Global Oil for about 4years and counting.
Work culture: Some do 28days in and 14days out. Some 21 in and 7out. Bottom line is, it depends on your unit.
Environment is generally poor.
Salaries: Not really up to Industry standard.
Sterling is an Indian conglomerate. Least I forget, salary is negotiable. I'm open for more info. Thanks

The reviews might not be completely true.. Probably things have so improved or might have improved.

It’s an Indian company. They treat Nigerians with disregard. But it’s an oil company work regardless.

I haven't experienced such since I joined them. Infact those directly under Sterling are paid from 25th of the month, while those in the service unit called BOGEL are paid within the first week of the next month.

With this you can judge what the pay for non Graduate Trainnee position will look like too with your years of experience as compared to working in other Oil Companies

I saw an ad somewhere ( probably Linkedin) and I sent my details and I was interviewed and later asked to send few of my credentials for confirmation which I have already done
