Dont use 70 percent of your money to build house or finish your house. Don't seek advice from too many people. Dont give your last card to people. Dont be too good sometimes act so that people will see you as a strong man that always respect himself.

Don't mind that dude.He should even be thankful he had HND.B.Sc or HND degree is a paper qualification.A business guy I know had HND he got an exemption letter when he was called up for NYSC ventured into buying and selling foodstuffs.Today the guy is counting in millions.

That I can marry anybody...
Guys! You can't just marry anybody. You have to do due diligence..
Marrying just anybody can have consequences.
Don't learn the hard way.
Marriage is different from Boyfriend and Girlfriend.
Exactly what am passing through.. I saw a lady and marry her without due diligence

Is not about the sex. She can even love sex more than you.

But the problem with those kinds is, they are not productive. Always relying on some invisible spirits that does not exist to help dem!
You as the man will be drained, because you will be doing too much advising and guidance because those religious women cant think with their brains!

A 2 nights quickies with a family female friend which resulted me being infected with a stubborn STD that am still battling with now. As if she knew what she did to me, she has not stepped her feet to our since then. I have not got close to my wife since for fear of infecting her.

...the infection normally scratches me around my private with offensive odour. I will appreciate any medication advice
Go see a pharmacist at a big pharmacy. If you don't want to go to hospital

You are right. But that doesn’t stop you from respecting them. Wisdom is not directly related to age.
Whether they are wise or not, curtesy and culture demands that you respect them.
It is only a foolish person that disrespects elders.
Thanks for putting the narrative straight. I hope the person got the message. Cos, his or her tune says contrary.

Not leaving Nigeria very early in life. I should have been talking about retiring from anything work or business if I had left Nigeria at say 23 years of age.

Not digging gold when I got married. If I had married the politician daughter they recommended and linked me to, I would have been at least a House of Reps member today. But I felt I didn't want to marry someone whose father would be influencing my marriage, that was a huge mistake. If you see such opportunity as a single young man reading this, please grab it fast, all those rubbish mentality I had then was a huge mistake jareh, their influence will not last forever, at most 10 years.

To all single guys reading, whenever you want to marry, please if you see gold dig it very well. Love is a fallacy, don't marry just because of love or physical beauty or any other nonsense reason like big nyash, sex, etc. The girl's parents and family status matters a lot, if you think you dont need it now, you will need it tomorrow. Look at Ebuka Obi, he dug his gold perfectly by going for Young Shall Grow Motor's owner daughter. Even if Ebuka likes today he can squander all his wealth, his father-in-law's wealth will still keep his children wealthy for life because Young Shall Grow will definitely will a lot of assets to his daughter, Ebuka's wife and even her kids, I will do same for my daughter and her kids.

And to the young graduates still claiming Nigeria will favor me, continue deceiving yourself, your parents said the same thing, all the wealthiest Nigerians you see today once migrated abroad or lived abroad, majority of them, so if you see any opportunity to leave Nigeria, do so fast, the earlier the better for you. Leave fast, work, save, invest back in Nigeria via real estate, hotels, nightclubs, lounges, gym centers, avoid rentage building investment.

Also look for a trusted relative or friend, there is always one or two trusted relative or friend that wont rip you off, work with him or her, leverage on the two locations you know; the developed country you live and Nigeria by buying used things there, load in a container, add some tokunbo cars and send to Nigeria to resell....over time hire or rent or build a warehouse in a good city location, so you will be known for that and you will be sending these used items with container on regular basis and you have carved out a business niche for yourself to keep you busy when you decide to retire back in Nigeria.
This person is so dumb. Dangote,Otedola,Elumelu,Ovia,Okoya,Deji Adeleke,Rabil Abdulsalam, etc never went to any abroad to work for any white man to become billionaires. You're very naive and think they pluck money in trees abroad and think people back at home would help you invest your money the way you want it. People you trust today can even betray you tomorrow or have no idea how to handle your resources or have criminals mishandle it. Your type is "Mr Easier said than done" that sees no problem to solve in Nigeria to make money

Yes i sleep around 8pm every day , if you find me awake at 10pm it means i'm doing something very very important and i have to force my self to be awake around this time. But i do wake early so its almost the same thing, most people get around 6hours of sleep every day and wake around 6 or 7am . I do sleep around 8 sometimes 7pm and wake around 1 or 2am. But maximum time you would likely find me awake is 10pm
