Has anyone got their visas from Lagos embassy recently? Be it IR5, F4, F3 etc. My friend's bro passport and his family members are still at the embassy since last Nov (F4). Their US citizen brother is preparing to sue everybody....writ of mandamus. I support this!

Advice needed !! i recently got my I130 and I485 approved (Marriage based) . Unfortunately, my children still in Nigeria I130 petition are still pending approval. Here are some questions i would appreciate if the house can help me out with.
1) How long does it take the children I130 marriaged based I130 petition approved.
2) What does it take to process the immigration visa for the children.
3) How difficult is it to get an appointment date at the embasy.
and any relevant information would be appreciated

Is your wife LPR or US citizen?

Regardless since they are subject to consular processing whether they F2A or IR it will still take awhile minimum a year based on current waitimes. You still have to wait for NVC then be DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED then interview scheduling at Nigerian consulate

Yes, wait times for consular processing have been up to 3 yrs even for those DQ.

You adjusted status in the US right? There's a reason for that, if the kids were with you it would have been faster

Please my interview is near. I have my petitioners 2024 tax return and W2 at the moment. Will the embassy accept this combination ( tax return and W2) or i still have to get the tax transcript

I had tax returns and I was placed on administrative processing and asked to submit IRS transcripts same as everybody that was interviewed that same day. Even my friend that went recently also said the same thing..

If it's not too late, better tell your petitioner/joint sponsor to get you their IRS transcripts and W-2 to avoid being placed on administrative processing. Trust me, you don't want to associate yourself with AP. I'm still in it without knowing my fate as I write you now.
