Nyesom Wike, FCT Minister said that he will lead President Tinubu's 2027 re-election campaign in Rivers State.

According to him, "I don't have any crisis with Siminalyi Fubara... If Mr President had called me before declaring a state of emergency in Rivers State, I wouldn't have agreed.

"I'm not a liability. I'm an asset whether you agree or not. I'm an asset in ensuring that Tinubu wins a second term.

"In my quiet moment, I play the video of the speeches of the (suspended) governor (Siminalayi Fubara), what he said and did to me and I ask; 'was it necessary?'

"was somebody I brought to government, gave him food and everything but he became a tool for my enemies to fight me.

'I don't know why a man will choose his 60th birthday to tell lies to Nigerians, it's unfortunate,' Wike Hits back at Rotimi Amaechi over hunger comment."

Fubara over-blabbed. At a time Ipobidients started to tell us that he could speak so bold because the president was supporting him.
How can you call your benefactor rat? Fubara called Wike rat. How can someone say he has built a psychiatric hospital for his benefactor? Fubara said he had built a psychiatric hospital to send Wike. Fubara didn't speak with circumspection.

Does this guy know he is dispensable? If Tinubu wants to play dirty he will strike a deal with Fubara and the so-called Rivers Elders. Fortunately, the president is a jolly good fellow.

tinubu has never betrayed anybody that helped him in the past go and read about him.wike made him win and he will not Betray wike.everybody no be Obaseki,Okowa,Fubara,atiku and the rest.some people don’t betray.

You are very correct, the reason he's having increased political followership. Even those that are in opposition today, he didn't send them away, they chose their path after being satisfied from him.
The support he gave Oshiomole in Edo state is classic and any politician wlii want such a dependable ally.
Wike and Tinubu can't have issues because the contract would have being defined from the beginning.
As far I can assume, Wike will be the vice presidential candidate in 2031 in which nobody will oppose besides, it's a vacuum in Tinubu plan that he just filled.
Only hoe I wished they planned for the masses as much as they planned their political steps!

As it stands, no one can challenge Wike in Rivers State… no politician, past or present from the state can challenge him, in 2031, he’ll install another of his boy in pdp.
