Good evening everyone. Trust my readers and clients are all doing well? Igwuruta is a fast developing area in Port Harcourt with a thriving and growing population of people. In the recent past years,it has witnessed an influx of persons, businesses and other commercial activities. One of the major attractions in the Igwuruta area is the Yet to be completed Salvation Ministry Headquarters. The headquarter building is nearing completion and when completed it would bring about massive influx if people to Igwuruta weekly. This only means that the demand for lands for housing, commercial activities, agriculture will increase.
