Any LG were killings has occurred should be ransacked and any cow or cattle rearer around arrested the cows taking to a ranch and the cattle rearers be forced to look after their cattle in that ranch. Any other initiative would fail.

We have to remember that Benue has an anti grazing law. What the FG should do is enforce that law.
