Celestine Omehia was the governor.

He was wrongly announced as the governor despite the fact that it was Amaechi that won the PDP primaries.

Amaechi due to his spineless nature and timidity fled to Ghana for safety while Wike and his men were on ground fighting for him...

I was in Port Harcourt in late 2007 for a conference and the conference had to be closed abruptly because of the explosions 💥💥💥 and gunshots all over the place due to the political struggle between the Omehia and Amaechi camp.

It was the people on ground that pushed the case up to the Supreme Court and not the fellow that fled to Ghana.

Wike and his foot soldiers played a role in Rotimi Amaechi regaining his mandate.

I just told you the official description of the office. There is no Chief of Staff in our laws or government office. But just as we have first lady that's unknown to our laws but whose office is run by the presidency, such offices are not pensionable except by an act of the national assembly which is why anyone that works in the office of the first lady or presidency is an official of the presidency.
The CoS does not receive a pension.
