nedu666:You know you have a point. Oke Ado is close to Dugbe, Ibadan's main CBD. It's an old area and built up. I know several buildings that have been sold there. And all these buildings are either bought by people I know or at least sold by estate agents I know. And they're all Yorubas. True, there are many Igbos in that axis but they mainly maintain shops in oke Ado. The property market there is hot but it's firmly in Yoruba hands. Many of those buying the properties were born and bred in Yorubaland, and many haven't set foot on Igboland. If you investigate further, it's their Yoruba wives forcing them to buy those properties to maintain family connections. Dear Yorubas, please on behalf of Igbos I am begging you people to please come to my state and help us to develop our real estate. We need investors who are ready to buy lands at any cost and build beautiful mansions, schools, hospitals, factories, markets, malls, etc. Yorubas love investing in establishing schools, please we need more universities in Southeast, tell Winners, Redeem, Adeleke family and other prominent Yorubas to come to Southeast and buy lands and build schools and hostels for us please. We are pleading. We need serious development and investment from none Igbos in Southeast so that you guys can help us to be pressuring Nigerian federal government to revamp our federal roads.
