I finally found the out the process of eliminating or preventing our tooth from decay and toothache.

From young, when will were children, we compromised our teeth-health alot. We don't brush regularly. I remembered a night eating a very sugary biscuit and went to sleep without brushing my mouth. Its the effects and consequences of those bad practices, that we are suffering now in adult hood.

I research and came up with the idea of always brushing your teeth, to keep-off the bacteria that is always feeding on the remnants of the food stuck in our tooth.

After eating, rinse your mouth well and brush at night before going to bed!

Even if you brushes your teeth twice daily,it cannot remove all the food particles that are stucked in between your tooth, expecially those that have wide gaps between their teeth

Every adult should visit the dentist to polish their teeth once or twice a year.

Mix Paste with Salt , Get a Brush , Don't Pity Yourself , Use the Brush on the Affected Parts . Blood and the Bacteria Would Gush Out, Don't Lick sweet , Sugar or any Sweet things . Do this Three times Daily . Make sure U do this Last thing at night after Food.

Rinse Your Mouth with Warm Water also Mixed with Salt .

You will be fine.

Just visiting a dentist, and tell him you want to clean your tooth.its cheaper in the general hospital than a private clinic.
