UNIZIK Student Jumps To Death From 3-storey Building After Consuming Hard Drug by Bobloco(op): 5:35am On Jun 07, 2025

A student of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, whose name has yet to be ascertained, has jumped to his death from a three-storey building , after allegedly consuming hard drug.

The tragic incident occurred around 8:00 pm on Thursday at a lodge near Royal Kitchen junction, close to the school gate in Awka, Anambra State.

According to sources, the student had jumped from a three-storey building and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was confirmed dead.

According to residents, the student had consumed hard drugs (MKPURUMMIRI) before the incident.

Neighbors reported hearing a loud sound and later found the victim’s body lying in a pool of his own blood.

Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the student’s roommate was also under the influence of the same substance, as he was found in an incoherent state in their room.

The roommate is currently in police custody and will be questioned once he stabilizes.

The identity of the deceased has not been disclosed, pending notification of his family.

Authorities are working to reach the family while investigations into the incident continue.

As of the time of filing this report, police or school authorities have yet to confirm the incident.

quit insinuating and quit referencing hearsay, have you ever seen him use drugs? Has he ever been CONVICTED? I used to be one of those naive people that detested Tinubu and Wike who y'all described as a drunk too, but the drug user and the drunk are shaping up to be potentially the best president and the best minister we will be seeing in this country in a long time, Afterall Buhari and the estwhile Minister of FCT who are not known to be substance abusers were criminally incompetent and see where they landed us

Social life in school is full of overwhelming pressures!

I took a very strong heart to hold myself from rolling with trends and society flex.

I use the drama unit in my school to entertain myself. That was one of the few places i always go to. And of course, watch movies from my landlord's laptop. I play football occasionally too. Apart from these, you can't find me anywhere else again!
