He is quoting Governor's biological daughter Jane Edidiong Ufot, she is educated and a special adviser to the Governor.

When a person of such standing makes this kind of allegation, his own biological daughter about her mother being sacrificed. Absolutely know you are dealing with a typical Nigerian politician who can do ANYTHING for power.

Our politics is devoid of ideology. The Governor wants to secure his 2nd tenure. Endorsing the President was assured and expected with his defection.

2027 should, ideally, be a referendum for the APC, especially at the national level. In reality, stomach infrastructure politics, electorates self-indulgent attitudes, opposition parties candidates and our judicial system would determine the continuity or otherwise of the President and other candidates seeking re-election.

Shut up everybody has their personal choice to make, hows that your problem? Go ahead and vote whoever you want and leave our dear Governor alone.

For every SS Governors, as Okowa complained in the past, the agitation should always be about fairer treatment of the SS that literally feeds Nigeria with income from sales of crude.

Whereas the North always coast undeservedly because they have managed to hijack the political, military and electoral power of Nigeria. How will SS leaders, like Akpabio and Eno etal, not view Tinubu a 'godsent' liberator given the reality of Nigeria?

Look at Akwa Ibom that is one of the highest oil producing States in Nigeria. Tinubu has moved bravely to cancel fuel subsidy and make a lot more money available to Eno and others as State allocation.

While NDDC is still existing, Tinubu approved the creation of South South development commision with it's own independent FG budget allocation.

Why should Eno, if progressive and about what is best forAkwa Ibomites, continue to think PDP when Tinubu has shown he is the President to follow and support?

You guys should look behind partisan politics. Leaders are human beings too and not demons. They also have permanent interest that are good and benevolent for their people even if most Nigerians choose to believe otherwise.

No SS Governor is behind the coalition against Tinubu today if they are to speak truthfully in support of who (Tinubu) and what (PBATs reforms) that has best served their interest and that of their people.

Just that some, like Eno, are openly and bravely coming out to support who and what is best for their State and people beyond ethnic, religious, sectional and political lines.

Go and ask Eno and co about the mathematics of things now hugely in their favour, because of Tinubu, before you demand people keep blind faith with their political Parties.

Especially when we view how some arrogant born-to-rule hawks in the North (Atiku, El Rufai, Bala Mohammed, Malami, Tambuwal etal) have made 2027 about a desperation to grab power from a southern President who is not allowing them keep issues "business as usual" to the detriment of Eno and other Southern leaders.

Eno and all progressively well-meaning Southern leaders have been inspired by Tinubu’s leadership that has shown a Southern President is in power who, greater than OBJ and GEJ, can fight for equity for all regions .

The evil coalition hide behind the pretext they wish to turn things around for ordinary Nigerians. That may fool ordinary Nigerians but it will not fool leaders like Eno who know how Nigeria is constituted to understand that the opposition coalition is full of those who got Nigeria where she is today.

Eno has confessed his admiration for Tinubu from when he was a professional worker in Lagos who noted first hand what Jagaban achieved as a Governor.

Now Eno is Governor and seeing Tinubu putting more money and freedom in his hands as Governor, with more to come, does commonsense not tell Nigerians that this Governor's support of Tinubu is genuine and progressive?

Eno, Akpabio etal, say what you will of them, know the opposition coalition is nothing other than a congregation of losers who are enemies of progress of ordinary Nigerians and are very unhappy Tinubu is decentralising power to ensure such is used to benefit the people and not the elite, like Atiku, who have fortunes in many many billions of Naira yet have never used such to benefit ordinary Nigerians.

Imagine ..just imagine that in 2027...the APC loses the presidential elections...youll see all these defectors running back to their parties ... States that the people would never vote for APC are now turning APC because politicians who won the mandate on a certain party defect and turn the state!

This should not happen...but it is happening.

Anyway we can only imagine cos APC till 2031...unfortunately

We are in democracy and there's no law stopping him as governor from crossing to another party,it is now left with the Akwa Ibom
people to decide whether they will go with him or not in the next election.

I still maintain that our political parties lack ideology in practical terms, otherwise parties’ internal mechanisms should resolve all family affairs. But no.
