Maigida got his own from the subsidized 5000 bags of rice shared by Tinubu in Kebbi State. Manir stayed in Birnin Kebbi so it's easy for him but not everybody over there got it that cheap as some unscrupulous elements had to resell or rebag it at the current prevailing price.

I bought rice yesterday and it cost 65k in my location. That price we see there is average price of the commodity and it is calculated by adding up the price from different places and finding the average.

I agree with you. As at last week, a bag of foreign rice retails for 75,000 naira here in Minna.
