You're not able to different between a *skill (video editing) and resource (models and assets)* from the industry - Advertising is an industry and video assets are just one factor of it.

Yes, these tools will eventually disrupt the part of the industry that involves shooting, sets and models - but these resources will not replace how video ads are used to rewire public perception about a product or build a sense of we vs them to market a brand to trigger purchases/subscription/adoption.

I know what I can do with a good prompt,an AI generated picture and eleven labs

I can input prompt discribing my target group and tell AI to create a targeted message for my target group.

You really underestimate what AI is doing in the advertising industry.

A simple Google search will give you a clue

I need this tool like I have an ocean of money making ideas I can use it for but I tried using it and I no understand am at all, and they're asking for payment.

i think these apps are purposely built this way to push people to subscribe to their packages. With my experience with similar apps, the higher you subscribe, the better the quality you get.

AI will be the death of so many career paths, that's why as a professional, you need to keep upgrading with the trend, don't be redundant.
