That's not his first time. He was doing this even while in office especially whenever he's going on visits or inspections discreetly.

He's not really a man of the camera's. I know this because he visited a health centre in a local government area in the state on a Sunday and he drove himself with very few security details. Several persons didn't even know or believe the governor was there that day.
