This is not about plugs or coil issue at all (we have already confirmed all that ) the compression at cylinder 4 and 6 is so low that is below 100psi compared to other ones which are well above 160 psi.
Mind you the standard manufacturer minimum compression threshold for that engine is 142 psi as depicted in diagram image below .
With such ridiculously low compression i dont think we need to seek for further spiritual consultation that the effect such will have on the engine will outweigh any argument against lack of using any oem or supersonic plugs or premium fuel cheesy

That is good to know. Elaborate on the cause of two cylinders losing compression so that owners could learn.

Its obvious sir. Putting of palm oil aka aburò engine oil inside the engine grin

the 2gr-fe you see in an ES350, RX350 is same used in Highlander, Camry, avalon, venza, the same applies to the IMZ and 3MZ engines etc. Lexus recommends premium fuel due to ECU which is tuned to accept premium fuel. That said, using a regular unleaded fuel wont harm the car, however, the ecu will adjust the timing to accept the regular fuel and this will rob the driver of a few horsepower which is barely noticeable in everyday driving.

I just got an RX350 2010 and noticed that premuim fuel is required. Please do I need anything to be afraid of?
