A firearm is a lethal barrelled weapon. A taser gun falls within weapons that can be classed as firearms. Obviously you have no clue about what you are talking about.

The only thing that remains illegal is having a firearm without licence, albeit people can still get a licenced firearm despite the bureaucracy around it.
