Yes, this kind of attack on Buratai. If no journalist was there and he instructed his people that he doesn't want anyone blabbing to the press or anyone about it. The best you'd get in such a scenario is someone casually mentioning it on a TV show that so and so attack happened, but no proper media report. Or a citizen mentioning it on Twitter.
