Energy tariff got increased by over 200% after the removal of the subsidy. What kind of subsidy is that one for energy tariff? The prices of pharmaceutical products increase by over 100% after the subsidy removal and you are here claiming that the subsidy removal is used to subsidise healthcare.

Nobody could have successfully removed fuel subsidy by going through dialoguing with cabals who have been living their entire lives on it. This is why a soft individual like Obi is not suitable for turning around the situation if how Nigeria has become now.
Good intentions alone is not enough to be a president, it takes a tough individual who as well commands respect from across the country like Tinubu to tackle Nigeria problems. Obi should support Tinunu for second term and all Tinubu owe him is free and fair election comes 2031 to become Aso Rock landlord. I never hated Obi I'm just certain that if he were to be the one who removed fuel subsidy this country would have been on flame now because of serious protest and violence from across the country especially THE NORTH WILL REMEMBER again and see him as someone who comes to finally finished the north job that his kinsmen started in 1966.

The economic benefits included fuel subsidies and the removal of foreign exchange controls. Removing both policies will lead to immediate financial hardship, but over time, the economy will stabilise if the government cuts the cost of government.

Buhari paid subsidy till june n there was no provision for subsidy n a new president will b sworn in by may, so if obi were to b d new president where will he get d money to pay subsidy?
