No, God will not reward them. Those who work hard should get rewarded for their labour with wages and salaries like you would in a job, either you work in offices or have a remote job. Only a mindless person will work for free for the same person who is collecting the little they have and is told that their hard work will be rewarded by God, while they get rich off their congregation's offerings. That to me is manipulation. I can choose to use the same ideaology to get myself rich and have a chain of free workers but my morality won't let me. So, leave God out of this and use your logic. Also ask yourself, of all you have seen doing this, how has God rewarded them? Have you seen any? Use logic dont let someone think for you.
