NDA Release List of Shortlisted Candidates For NDA Interview

The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has officially released the list of successful candidates who passed the NDA screening test for the 77 Regular Course and are now shortlisted for the nda interview, applicants shortlisted for NDA Interview are to get the NDA interview questions and answers pdf in order to familiarize themselves with the type of questions asked in the NDA interview as this will increase an applicant's chances of success in the NDA interview. The NDA screening test was conducted nationwide on the 14th of June 2025. This NDA News update is very important for thousands of Nigerian youths looking for a career in the Nigerian Military and comes with important instructions for all shortlisted candidates for the NDA interview.

“Successful candidates who pass the NDA screening test and whose names appear on the list of shortlisted applicants for NDA interview are to appear before the Armed Forces Selection Board (AFSB) for NDA interview from Saturday, 28th of June 2025 to Saturday, 16th of August 2025, at the NDA Ribadu Campus (Old Site), Kaduna.”

To narrow down the NDA interview process and take candidates properly, the NDA has categorized the successful candidates shortlisted for the NDA interview into 2 batches based on their states of origin.

The NDA warns that “Candidates who fail to report for the NDA interview on their scheduled date, Saturday, 28 th of June 2025 for Batch 1 or Saturday, 19th of July 2025 for Batch 2, will not be allowed to attend the interview.” Furthermore candidates in Batch 2 found around the center for NDA interview before 19th of July 2025 will be automatically disqualified.

All candidates will go through a thorough NDA screening during their stay at the Armed Forces Selection Board AFSB, which includes:

2. Verification of certificates
3. Medical fitness tests
4. Physical fitness tests
5. Individual and group obstacle challenges
6. 3.2km race

Only candidates who pass all stages of the NDA screening will progress to the NDA interview. Candidates who fail any stage of the NDA screening will be disqualified.

Needed Documents for the NDA Interview
The following below are the needed documents for the NDA Interview:


1. Original and photocopies of 2025 JAMB UTME Registration Slip

2. Original and photocopies of NDA Acknowledgement Form
3. Original and photocopies of NDA Screening Test Admission Card
4. Original and photocopies of academic certificates or statements of results for Primary and Secondary education
5. Original and photocopies of Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
6. Original and photocopies of letter of Attestation of State/Local Government
7. Original and photocopies of Indigeneship (If the Indigeneship Certificate is from a military officer, the officer must be of the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent in the Navy or Air Force and must provide full formation/unit details, contact address, phone number, and stamp the document)
8. Original and photocopies of Letter of Consent from Parent/Guardian

“Candidates who fail to present any of the above documents or bring fake, forged or altered documents will be automatically disqualified.” Both the Attestation and Letter of Consent Forms can be downloaded from the NDA portal.

All candidates are to bring the following to the center for NDA interview:

1.Writing materials
2. Three blue shorts and three white round-neck T-shirts
3. A pair of white canvas shoes and 3 pairs of white socks
4. Toiletries ₦3,500 non-refundable fee for result verification Scratch cards for WAEC and/or NECO results
5. 4 recent colored passport photographs
6. A second copy of the Postcard Photograph used during the NDA Screening
7. Sufficient transport money to and from Kaduna

All candidates will be accommodated and fed throughout their stay at the NDA.
