What is this werey saying?
In 2012, under fuel subsidy, Benue State received about N6 billion per month from FAAC. That figure was approximately $40 million dollars, using $1/N150 rate.

Today in 2025, after subsidy removal, Benue State receives about N9 billion per month from FAAC. That figure is approximately $5 million dollars, using $1/N1800.

In real value, the FAAC given to states decreased by $35 million dollars despite fuel subsidy removal.
the idiots and criminals always conveniently forget that. They'd rather rejoice that allocations increased by x1.5 or x2, but forget that the value of the money decreased by x10

18. To those who ring the alarm that the APC is intent on a one-party state, I offer you a most personal promise. While your alarm may be as a result of your panic, it rings in error. At no time in the past, nor any instance in the present, and at no future juncture shall I view the notion of a one-party state as good for Nigeria. I have never attempted to alter any political party registration with INEC. Equally, my friends, we cannot blame anybody seeking to bail out of a sinking ship even without a life jacket.
This man had in the past advocated for one party state as the only solution to Nigeria divisity problems, why is he saying exactly the opposite.

.. because Tinubu cannot wake up early by 6am to give a speech on democracy day..so he shifted it to 12 noon in the afternoon

The race for the last 2 years begin. Nigerians from all regions would be bribed with projects, development and empowerment. That's the early rigging before the election
So should Nigerians from all regions be "bribed" with sorrow, tears and blood?

Inasmuch, I'm not a fan of the current government, I read the speech from top to bottom and if they are true to their intentions then this is way to go. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Loads of necessary subtle jibes 😂 to those that want to distabilize the country. May God help the ruling party. Nice speech.

Hmmm, we do advised that Nigerians should stop Ethno-religio-tribal sentiments but if it stairs one at the face base on what I see here on paragraph 51 and 52, then one will see why Nigeria is still pretending to be sleeping. (apology to Goodluck Ebele Jonathan).

President 'Bola Ahmed Tinubu gave a very stellar speech today. Kudos to him and his team of advisers.

I'm glad that Ken Saro-Wiwa and his Ogoni kinsmen NOT only got pardoned BUT got honored. That wipe this huge stain and shame from the1995 executions away. CLEARLY one of the BEST days in my lifetime for those of us who witnessed those horrendous Sani Abacha corrupt years of assassinations with the use of the Military Intelligence "Strike Force" team led by that Major Al-Mustapha and his underlings such as Sergeant Rogers (Barnabas Jabila-Mshelia) who pulled the trigger that killed Kudirat Abiola based off of his initial Oputa Panel confessions and more.

When did he (President Bola Ahmed Tinubu) say that?

Provide a credible sources or forever desist from spreading disinformation here. Tinubu that I know NEVER advocated for any one-party State in the past
even when Nigeria had the SDP and NRC back in the early 1990s.

The nerve! He can keep contesting for the Presidency like he has delusionally done in the past BUT it will come to futility.

People like this should NEVER be in the corridors of political power because of the ruthlessness he exhibited in the past when he headed the dreaded military "Strike Force" which was responsible back in the 1990s for the gunshot attacks which severely injured Chief Alex Ibru of the Guardian, the gunshot attacks on Chief Abraham Adesanya in his car which did NOT penetrate, the assassination of Kudirat Abiola, Chief Olu Onagoruwa's son was ALSO killed and many more.
