Today missiles and drones rule the skies.

In this time and age, it's a mighty disgrace that Israel still needed fighter jets, refueling tanker aircrafts and had to enter Iraq and Syria airspace to hit Iran.

While Iran just sits back home and launch missiles that will hit Israel with pinpoint accuracy.

This is the same tactics the west is using in Ukraine... And why Ukraine is so helpless they have to rely on sneaking drones inside Russia.

From my pov, I think Iran deliberately refused to activate her air defense system. I believe they have a superior defence system now compared to that which isreal destroyed. Activating it at initial isreal attack will be foolish as isreal will not only know it's location but it's accuracy too.
Iran has weapons and defence system that will suprise many. First, they need excuse to strike at isreal and they've gotten it.
Subsequent attacks will be repelled when the escalation is activated.
Isreal should do away with satanyahu, that man will bring isreal much bloodshed.
