Presently Russia and Ukraine is conducting exchanges of captured & dead soldiers. According to the Istanbul agreement, Russia and Ukraine agreed to exchange 6000 for 6000 KIA (killed in action) from both sides....so far so good Russia has returned 3,600 bodies to Ukraine while Ukraine has returned only 27.

Then you wonder if Ukraine even have up to 2k Russian KIA.

Kiev, however, has again not returned any Russian bodies. So far, they have only returned 27 — during the first exchange held after the Istanbul talks.

The latest body transfer reportedly coincided with a separate exchange of prisoners of war.

That's why I stan Putin. Restraint. Many on this thread agitating for regime change in Russia don't know Putin is mellow compared to people like Medvedev. Western propaganda is very strong. I was a victim. C-19 era woke me up. Many don't know how liberal Putin truly is at heart. If he didn't have a genuine soft spot for the west, he'd have turned Ukraine into present day Gaza in 1 day. But you can see how we interpret restraint as weakness. That's what Iran is probably just realizing. Israel knew they stood no chance against Iran but they were hoping to drag the US into it. The agenda is to force a regime change and hopefully get a puppet like the current one in Syria so they can FastTrack project Greater Israel. Iran will probably lose their Ayatollah Khamenei. That's who Israel will target next and of course indiscriminately. People think there was any special military operation involved in whacking the Nuclear scientists but it was simply bombing their personal homes, killing in some cases wife and children. The media just focuses on the main target forgetting the real act of terrorism. Russia and China are taking notes because the playbook is the same. Proxy wars. Protests. Regime change. Iran has to be as genocidal to force the US to cower. They have to aim for the same regime change in Israel. Bibi Satanyahu cannot lead us into a WW3. He should kpai on his own.

That’s the key difference.
Israel isn’t responding to vague threats at all. it’s responding to decades of open hostility, direct attacks, and consistent rocket fire from groups that are publicly supported and funded by Iran. When a nation faces existential threats, the calculus changes. It’s not about aggression; it’s about survival.

Self-defense isn't the same as unwarranted aggression especially when the threats are real, documented, and ongoing.
