OKOSISIBF:Lol. No military strategy survives the first minute of a conflict. What has the killing of Hezbollah Generals and Political leaders achieved? Even the Israeli media raised fear of hostility commencing on the Northern Front this morning. One would have thought Hezbollah assassinated General took with them all the knowledge of Zionist conquest to Al-Jannah, leaving Hezbollah vulnerable and finished. Sit this out, you are engaging like a novice |

Why do we believe Iran doesn't have nukes? I have this deep feeling they do but hiding this fact until they have no other option but to unveil. |

sainttwist1:Then prove to me how you can control an airspace of 1.6million km²? Even Ukraine that borders Russia with a land mass of 600k km² claim to still be flying sorties over 2yrs after. I have been reading all what you guys have been typing here. I just laugh and say "see small ants wey I go chew drink water take digest". Try using your common sense first before the one you read online |

IDF Spokesman Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin says over 70 Israeli Air Force fighter jets participated in the overnight operation in Tehran to achieve aerial freedom of action over the Iranian capital. He says some 40 sites were targeted, including air defense systems and related assets. IAF fighter jets and drones flew over Tehran for some two and a half hours during the operation, Defrin says. "The dozens of aircraft are flying freely over Tehran, thanks to the opening blow that removed the threat of Iranian air defense systems," he says. Defrin says it is the deepest area in Iran that the IAF has operated in so far. "Tehran is no longer immune, the capital is exposed to Israeli attacks," he adds. Yeah it seems Israel has been flying over Iranian airspace, so the basis for downed IDF planes is not out of place, might not be an F35 though. |

slammintruth:Who is this new dude??, The iDF said Tehran not the entire Iran airspace, please land mass doesn't determine air superiority, air superiority simply means the ability to fly aircraft without any form of anti-aircraft attacks, it simply means you have the ability to fly aircraft without restrictions Iraq is one of the largest countries In the world, the USA achieved air superiority within days of the invasion Nigeria is one of the largest countries in African, a country like The US or China can easily achieved air superiority over the entire country, because Nigeria simply doesn't have the means both in aircrafts and anti air batteries to stop the movement of its air assets. Air superiority is not by size |

TenQ:Your question assumes that the dispute over land between Jews and Arabs in Gaza has a purely theological resolution rooted in divine land grants. But this is a mischaracterization from both a historical and Islamic perspective. In Islam, the concept of land ownership is not based on ethnic inheritance but on justice ('adl), stewardship (khilafah), and fulfillment of moral and legal responsibilities. The Qur'an does not endorse eternal political entitlement to any land based on race or lineage. Instead, land is entrusted to those who uphold justice, worship God, and do not spread corruption. Allah says: > "The earth belongs to Allah; He causes to inherit it whom He wills of His servants. And the [best] outcome is for the righteous." (Qur’an 7:128) This verse makes it clear that no group has a permanent, divine title deed to any land. It is not about being Jew, Arab, or otherwise—it is about moral and spiritual conduct. If any group violates justice and spreads oppression, their claim becomes void in the sight of God. Furthermore, Islamic history records that Muslim rule over the Holy Land (including Gaza) came not through ethnic privilege but through the just governance of Caliph Umar ibn al-Khattab (RA), who was welcomed by many Christian and Jewish communities at the time due to the fairness of Islamic rule in contrast to previous Roman oppression. The question also assumes that modern Israeli policies and occupation represent a continuation of biblical prophecy, which Islam categorically rejects. The Qur’an affirms that previous nations who broke their covenants with God lost their moral legitimacy: > "And We said after Pharaoh to the Children of Israel, ‘Dwell in the land, and when the promise of the Hereafter comes to pass, We shall bring you forth in mixed crowds.’” (Qur’an 17:104) This verse does not grant an unconditional divine mandate. Rather, it is a temporary directive for a people under trial and subject to God's laws—much like other nations before them. In conclusion, according to Islamic theology, no one has divine entitlement to land based on ethnicity. The land belongs to Allah and is a trust for those who uphold justice. The conflict in Gaza today is not about fulfilling divine prophecy but about confronting political oppression, illegal occupation, and humanitarian injustice—all of which Islam strongly condemns. |

Gbadebo19:They are levels to this shit abeg, Anyone with any atom of military warfare, knows the first stage for any successful military operations is the first strike, take out the air defense systems and rule the sky Same way the CIA "special division" took out the SAMs of the Iraqi in the early hours of the invasion, the same way Mossad infiltrated Iran, took out its Air-defence which paved way for the assault on the Iranian Generals and scientists more than three years, the supposedly next thing in military aviation, the Su57 is still hiding in Russia airspace moving with escorts, a supposedly invisible fighter jets is moving with su flankers |

slammintruth:Just outline them one after the other please. What are the necessary steps involved in taking control of a sovereign states' airspace? Do you just base your assertion on the sheer size of the country or what are you trying to prove here? |
| Re: Russia-Ukraine War: World News, Weapons & Battlefield Discussions - Live by Simeonjoe1: 4:42pm On Jun 14, 2025 |
slammintruth:Control here is relative, you don't need to have every ounce of space, all you just get to do is put your plane inside Iran, striking target Iran at will with no appropriate response from the Iranians. In that way Iran has officially become a sitting duck just like Gaza, Lebanon and Syria absorbing the full blow of Israel willing strikes while responding with unscathed attacks. If this turns out successful, you can imagine Iran being reduced to the rubles like Gaza with strategic military and national infrastructure being taken out at will... This is the path the Israelis are aiming for, have Iran in its noose, attack individuals and infrastructure with impunity while subjecting the Iranian leadership to a compromise deal/cease fire. Only external assistance from Russia or even China through proxy Pakistan can save Iran. They will need various counter measures against the IDF, they must always make their airspace hostile to Israel incursion never giving them a sense of safety in operating withing Iran. Strategic military manufacturing sites has to be protected if not its just a matter of time not only will Iranian stock run out, but even the most deepest bunker won't be save from repeated Israel bombardment. The Israelis airforce is about to have a busy field day in the coming weeks, it's up to Iran and its supposed allies not to allow these!!! |

Russia and China not backing Iran is not good for the Global South. If US backed Israel is allowed to overrun Iran, they won't stop there, they will capture the whole middle east and extend their grip to Africa. What is almighty Russia and China afraid of? This is the time for the Global South led by Russia and China to stand up to US and the west because this is a defining moment in history. The US empire is falling, hence the reason Trump is not holding back or showing restraints - the gloves are off now. pansophist: |

Masterviolence:Everyone does, I only called you out on a particular so-called "eye-opening" article you promised to deliver but failed, though not directly. You had presented other ideas prior to the time which turned out to be quite inaccurate when fact-checked. But you see this man standing up for you? He swallows whatever his mentor brings to the table, he doesn't filter anything at all. Every propaganda is taken as gospel 😂. |

US Pulls Air Defense Systems from Ukraine to Beef Up Middle East Bases — Pentagon Chief Confirms “I spent the whole week at Congressional hearings,” Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth said. “They asked me: ‘Did you really move the counter-drone systems from Ukraine to the Middle East?’ I said yes, we did. We’re using every tool available to protect our people worldwide because the defence landscape has changed. Small systems now pose serious threats. The war is evolving right before our eyes — tech and tactics are shifting. It’s scary. Yes, scary. But on the ground, we have the right people.” Iran should not look to the US — Pete Hegseth "We are committed to ensuring the safety of our people, our bases, and our interests. We will keep Americans safe," the Pentagon chief stressed. Earlier, Zelensky criticized the US for refusing to send Ukraine promised missiles to fight “Shaheds,” saying they were diverted to the Middle East instead. |

The amount of propaganda on this thread is unfathomable. Unverified news reports are just flying everywhere, and people are celebrating it. 99% of the news here are emotionally driven fake news from unknown sources aimed at orgasmically exciting some group of people. I don't even know what to believe anymore.. |

obedience4:Air superiority is 100% about size cos they will soon discover an area they can't fly in where all their planes will start dropping from the skies. That aside let me point out your errors: 1) Iraq is around 400k km² that's just about three of the biggest provinces in Iran 2) America gained air superiority in the war with Iraq since the Kurds and Shia simply didn't side with Saddam. And not counting America bribing top Sunnis officials not to fight. This is open source 3) If you disagree with Number 2 then let's take a stroll back to Operation Desert Storm in 1991. The US. and its massive allies never gained air superiority over Iraq for over 40 days of combat mission. Between 30 to 70 US. Aircraft were shot out of the skies even to the last minute of the war while their media were busy selling BOB (Bomb Over Baghdad) to the world. Their attempt at using helicopter to access places they thought they neutralized Air defense hidden and fired from tunnels ended in same fate for those choopers. Iran haven't really activated AD fully yet, they are just allowing Isarel to roam freely. They likely got what they are looking for, and planes will soon start falling from the skies. Then before I leave does Russia have air power over Ukraine? |

pansophist: I beg to differ. Planes from China and Thailand landed a few hours ago in Iran, and I'm sure they're not carrying papers and pure water. People are too quick to write off Iran vis-a-vis its influence, strategic importance, and its geopolitical relationships, particularly in the sphere of support it can attract during a major crisis such as this. Iran is a member of the SCO, and a founding member of BRICS, which China and Russia are part of. Ordinarily, you would expect support and sympathy to come to them, hence the Chinese support, howbeit covert at the moment. Yesterday, Russia stated categorically that if the Israeli western backers take part in direct attacks against Iran, Russia would immediately get involve by providing unlimited and unprecedented support for Iran. Those in the know in the west understand what that means. For now, everything is still low key, but if things escalate further, rest assured Iran won't be left to suffer on its own. |

Simeonjoe1:Lol. You don't understand warfare. After all the bombs dropped on Vietnam there were places American aircraft or helicopter hardly operated in. Same thing happened in Afghanistan, some mountainous areas that became a no go area. Talking about running out of stock, which is the western media hymn book they recite daily. I want to believe that's a joke from you. You are actually joking. A third world country can sustain and fight a war for 30yrs but Iran can't for two weeks? Let's both laugh at your joke |
