Israel’s envoy to the UN claims that their attack on Iran was an act of national preservation. But I still remember when Israel, alongside the U.S., justified the invasion of Iraq by saying it would bring lasting peace to the Middle East.

So, by that logic, is Nigeria also free to attack the U.S., the U.K., or any other country as an act of “national preservation”?
I honestly don’t understand this kind of reasoning.

However, Isreal has the right to act....because Iran possessing a nukes means the end of isreal. There is no two ways about it.

Iran regime does not acknowledge the state of Isreal...and they have vowed to wipe out isreal. Good thing is isreal never took those threats lightly.

Also as for isreal attacking unprovoked. When Iran sent missiles into isreal last year, how is it their business that hezbollah leader was killed?

The Western hegemony is all about injustice, unfairness, hypocrisy, double standard and brutality. I still remember how the Western countries and their leaders commended and praised the ICC after they issued arrest warrant for Putin. Then years later, the ICC issued arrest warrant for Netanyahu and Israeli Defense minister then France condemned the ICC, US imposed sanctions against ICC prosecutors and judges.

Thing is that I understand, I mean Nigeria is literally the poverty capital of the world, you have many of our brothers here working hard to japa to Western countries for better economic opportunities, those already there wouldn't want to jeopardize their visa/career/residence status because of X/NL post criticising Israel which countries like Germany said it's antisemitic & ground for deportation.

Where did the killing of their commander take place—inside their embassy or outside of it?

As I mentioned in my previous post, neither party is innocent in this matter. But I find it strange that Israel would choose to escalate to full-scale war at a time when a deal seems close, all under the pretense that Iran might acquire nuclear weapons—something Israel already possesses in abundance—within the next 12 to 24 months. I just don’t understand it.
