Hello guys, I am new here. Please, I am having an issue with this Avits calendar even before the new directive. The issue I’m experiencing is while trying to schedule my visa interview appointment. Although I have completed my payment and selected a delivery option,
The calendar interface on the scheduling page is unresponsive. I cannot click to navigate to upcoming months (e.g., June or July) to view available dates. The system seems to be returning an error indicating there are no available dates for my selected location( note i had to swtich from lagos to abuja and non of these location seem open at all) , but the main issue is that the calendar is not clickable at all, preventing me from checking future availability or proceeding with my scheduling. i have raised countless tickets, and it seems it is a bot that is replying to me. Is there anybody experiencing this issue, or experienced and how was it sorted? Thank you all

Hi, please have you been able to sort this issue out? How did you go about it? I’m also having trouble booking an appointment and navigating through the months on the website.

even if its your 2nd attempt you are qualified if only appointment date becomes open

Hi… So, I can see dates available this month and next but can’t seeem to move forward after picking a date. Is there something I am not doing right?

Also, can I submit without uploading my picture?

At times calendar will display dates but they won't be click able. First : Any clickable date must take you to time slots ie 12: pm, 6: 30 am, so you must click on time before finally clicking on Book Post Appointment.

If you have done the above correctly or you were not able to do it at all try change location...eg Lagos to Abuja (you can change back later).

** If you are unable to achieve it that way then you may need to send a Profile error email to the embassy and copy AVITS. 👍

Hello Dolls.
Fill a new Ds-160 completely and submit. Print out your Form I -20 and date-sign it. Then use the copies of these together with your SEVIS fee payment receipt and MRV payment receipt to send an email (not ticket raising) to the embassy and copy AVITS AMENTUM. 👍

I thought there are no dates until further notice due to the visa interview pause? Or have things changed this one I'm seeing people trying to book dates?

Mine was edited by the studio, that's why it's saying error. You have to tell the studio not to edit it. And make it 2x2 size. I was able to upload mine after fixing all this.

Hello bro. Yes I got a fully funded PhD, but my funding came May so I have not been able to secure an interview date. I'm still on the look out. Thanks a lot.

I dont think this news is applicable to Nigerians for now. The information stated that only countries suspended or limited which started on the 9th of june. The pfficer clearly stated that in her message. Nigeria just joined those under review in a new review statement which was released yesterday. Not yet banned or suspended. So been under review doesnt affect your appointment bookings.

There’s a pause on visa appointments for now. There are no available dates on the Avits website.
