I live in Canada and here is a sample of Ghana's priduct, I am an Urhobo, banga soup and rice is our signature
Thanks for this.
They are fond of making baseless claims because they are being paid to defend an inept Government.

Anyone that has a different view from you is being paid by government...

Very shallow thinking.

Especially when my comments hasn't in any way defended the government or it's policies.

The other one said he is setting a trap for his grandfather.

I am ashamed the way some of you reason!

I live in Canada and here is a sample of Ghana's product, I am an Urhobo man, banga soup and rice is our signature. Banga juice, just a tin can give me a pot of soup. It cost $8 CAD
I never said they do not produce anything kpatakpata...

I used the word "significant".

- *Cocoa products*: chocolate, cocoa powder
- *Palm oil-based products*

I already mentioned these are products Ghana exports... mostly in raw form. The picture you posted is value added.

Ghana's manufacturing sector which is what I was referring to in my post is limited, and the country relies heavily on imports. Ghana's economy is largely driven by her natural resources, with a little bit of value-added production.

These products you mentioned are value added. And quite limited.

Not fully manufactured or processed goods.

I hope you understand now?

I have always tried to educate those around me concerning this issue but it seems they have already decided on what to believe or what not to.
Just about 4 years ago when I was staying in Ghana, that was when I realised that the whole Ghana Economy is centred around Accra and it's not bigger than just Lagos economic. It's disrespectful comparing Ghana to Nigeria aside security and electricity.
Then, noodle that we would buy in Nigeria for ₦400 was sold in Ghana for an equivalent of ₦1,200.
If I were Tinubu, I would damn the consequences and redenominate the naira, remove just 000 and make the dollar to a naira become $1 = ₦1.60 Kobo. Make we see if these illiterate go still see something to talk about.
Though, it's embarrassing and shameful that the dollar is exchanging at ₦1,600 as at today, it should have been around ₦500 at least. The CBN needs to work on this, it doesn't sounds well to the ears
How or why should a dollar be around 500 naira, do you have enough Forex to equlize it
Let natural situations determine dollar to naira
Exchange rate

Because you people would not let us rest in going through the short and medium term pain that causes.

Also, redomination doesn't boost the economy any in the long term. It just ensures that you get rid of the zeroes and slows the decent into chaos again especially considering the same political class and administrators at the helm haven't changed their corrupt ways.
