That was because there was rumour that some IDP campers were to be brought from North to be trained there. That place was literally burnt down and there was massive protest leading to suspension of the venture. If such a mere rumour could elicit such response, then you think a plot of Imo and would be annexed by Fulani herdsmen and they would be left alone
