I still feel it's a bad idea for the USA to enter the war. They should rather mediate between the two warring parties. However, Iran isn't ready to end their nuclear program as parts of the proposal by the US government.

Not true. The bunker busters were used in Syria and its effects was massive. Not using it is because of the possible radiation from Nantarz or Fordow plants , potential effect on the environment. Afghanistan was a gorilla war, no one wins a gorilla war. Check the facks in Columbia, Mexico, Somalia etc.
