Iran doesn't just fire missiles at night, the over censored isreali state just doesn't show you majority of the pummeling they are getting from Iran especially of so-called sensitive targets that were destroyed.
The above video is just one example. It is a massive barrage of missiles fired this Tuesday morning totally destroying the mosad headquarters and several other important military industrial complexes, but if not for Israeli citizens recording and posting like this, you would have never heard about it or seen it. To tell you how isreal is hiding alot of things going on there, just yesterday they banned all foreign and domestic media from reporting LIVE as long as they are in isreal, just so the world doesn't see the shame they are going through. Why do you think Trump left the G7 meeting yesterday abruptly? Things are really heating up on isreal, half of northern isreal is without power supply due to damage of one of there largest power plants, etc etc from ballistic missiles

Yes it does especially if you don't have AWF planes.... That can be in the sky in Israel and detect air defense batteries in Iran.... The types Ukraine destroyed couple of weeks ago in Russia.... Yankee started all air operations from Gulf war to recent ones at night.... Once the major assets have been taken out, it becomes easier to run day time operations... Iran uses liquid fuel propelled missiles which takes a very long time to refuel and must be refueled at the launch site.

Refueling during the day means satellites, IDF planes and MOSSSAD agents can easily pinpoint track movements to the launch site.

Iran has no choice.

This limitation is the reason Iran can fire only 200 missile maximum despite having 360 launchers, with each capable of launching 12.

The disadvantage of this night launches means IAF jets can easily identify launch sites from the flares and take them out.

This is the reason IAF was able to destroy over 120 launches in 4 days
