kettykin:Stop saying what you don't know! Igbos always support Israel, they even claim that they are Jews! Stop blaming government for all the floods talk about people with very bad orientation. People dump thrash inside drainage, house are built on water ways etc. Moreover there is no where in the world that is flood free. Just yesterday lots of places where flooded in the US, my street was affected despite having good drainages. |

This man is definitely demented. There hasn't been a single case of killing or massacre of this magnitude in Igbo land by UGM or any sect besides the events of the civil war. |

zero8zero:That's a lie! I was in the East at height of kidnapping in 2022. tinubu didn't stop anything happening in the East at all. Incase you don't know, eastern Nigeria high way is most militarize than any other part of Nigeria. You see check point at every 3-5km. |

zero8zero:As usual, speaking from both side of your mouth,in one hand you are blaming Igbos for crying more than the bereaved in the case of Benue and Plateau,in the other hand you are accusing Igbos for being in support of the incidence in Benue. You are simply showing suicidal tendencies and you should be kept on watch, hatred and bitterness have ruined whatever is left of your wretched life. So because some people were killed in the East by 'unknown gunmen',then we should keep quiet in the face of obvious ethnic cleansing against the Christian middlebelt states. That will never happen,we shall forever stand by them in theIR quest for justice. We as a people can never be cajoled into supporting evil,it is not in our culture,we always stand by what we believe in. Even the killings in the East,we suspect the 'hands of Esau voice of Jacob' but that's a story for another day. As for Joe Igbokwe, that one is national clown, his statements are only good for comic relief. |

Majority of the Igbos mocking Benue people and throwing tantrums all around are living outside Igboland, mostly in Yorubaland (South West) just like Igbokwe.. it's the reason they don't know reality of what is on ground in their home region, they erroneously believe the way South West is peaceful is the way their home region South East too is peaceful, they have never experienced the horror, human rights violations, every Mondays sit at home and whatnot meted on the Igbos by their fellow Igbos. Can you really blame them?.. |

Yeye man, keep crying and spinning lies to ease your own cowardice. The Igbo you love to hate are the prize of this land, the people you secretly envy. Igbo killing Igbo is a weak, desperate twist, a coward’s view to avoid the real truth. Allow us to thrive you say no, give us our own country you say no! |

zero8zero:Are you saying that it is only Igbos who are condemning the killings in Benue? If Igbos condemn the killings in Benue, how is a bad thing? Is VDM Igbo? Instead of chasing frivolities, why not focus on tinubu whose primary responsibility it is to protect lives and property and ask why are Nigerians being slaughtered under his watch? |
| Re: Joe Igbokwe Calls Out Igbos' "Hypocrisy" In Condemning Killings In Benue by nairalanda1(m): 6:37pm On Jun 17, 2025 |
Unfortunately, the man is right, and he is tinubu's lapdog...has been for decades. For years, IPOB has been brutalizing and killing people in the name of sit at home, just as Boko was killing and maiming people in the name of their religion (neither is worse than the other). And we were told, both times, that it was nothing, that it was not serious, etc etc. Meanwhile the north was ready to cry marginalization and many Igbo, especially online, were defending the brutalization and murder of their people as a neccesary sacrifice for the struggle. Am sure someone would read this and think I hate Igbos. The truth is, the sit at home makes me very sad and upset. I sometimes have to numb my feelings to it, otherwise, I would have broken down and wept. And the sad thing is, there are better ways to achieve your goals of Biafra without violence, but then you will hear the mantra...the North will not allow it. (That's how you know lazy people, by the way they speak...they will chop the money, they will steal the money, the North will not allow it. North that Obasanjo had for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the whole 8 years in his office. It even got funny atimes...he even chose their candidateS for them. LOL . Buhari had to resort to Islamism because he knew he could not beat Obasanjo, and that only gained him some votes..lol.). Yet here they are crying louder than the bereaved over Benue simply because it benefits them politically. Meanwhile many of them when GEJ was in power were blaming his failures in security on others...and then when Buhari takes over they blame the security failures on the government. Mind you, every tribe does it. RIght now, some Yorubas are saying that the violence in the North is because North is plotting against SOuthern presidencey not because TInubu has failed...when it touch your stomach. Igbos better get rid of their bitterness . It is not letting them see clearly. And the same goes for EVERY NIGERIAN TRIBE. The same thing I have said about Igbos, I can say about every other tribe. Bitterness as a political weapon always backfires. Remember when Buhari said an attack on Boko is an attack on the North. Remember how he could not go home one time because they were waiting for him allegedly with SAM missiles.? That is what happens when bitterness full mouth. |
