I've been reading reports that China, Russia, Pakistan and Turkey have been supporting the Iranian effort covertly.

The fact is, Israel has quite a capable military, but Iran is no Hezbollah or Hamas.

They’re for profit entities that report what brings them the most views. CNN knows that her viewership holds skeptical views of both Israel and Iran. So they tend to stick to the facts unlike Fox that has all but become part of IDFs media office.
This is the problem with Main Stream Media.

I used to be an avid watcher of this YouTuber called Nasdaily

Just saw his name pop up somewhere on X and remembered I hadn’t watched his videos in a long long time (Not deliberately)

Went to his YouTube page now, only to see that his viewership significantly reduced. The Israeli conflict issue really tarnished his brand. Such a chill guy. Noticed he also gets a lot of hate now on X.

History bidexiii, History!!!

Present day Israel, was originally Palestine under British colonial administration. Due to the fact that they were targeted in WW2, Jewish refugees or let me put in the term they were historically referred to, “illegal migrants” in search of a holy land and a place to call home, found their way to Palestine. Evidence Below 👇

Now there is no way Palestine wasn’t populated even before British colonization. There were certainly local Arabs who lived there when Palestine was still a part of the Ottoman Empire. These local Arabs welcomed the Israelis and co-habited with them. A mistake they didn’t know will bite them hard in the future. Fast forward to 1948. Somehow, some way, Palestine becomes Israel and claims to have gained independence after ethnically cleansing and forcefully displacing the local Arabs. Is there even any evidence of that. I mean in the case of Nigeria and South Africa, there are evidences and legacies that proves both countries right to be former British colonies. Where did Israel appear from…?? When and How did the British colonize them and later lead to them gaining independence….??
Crazy and noteworthy point is that the superpowers of then and UN heads wanted to divide Palestine between the local Arabs and the Jews and put Jerusalem under international trusteeship. Present day 2025, guess who has ursuped 90% of Palestine including Jerusalem and intends to expand into Lebanon, Syria and some other Middle East countries in the pursuit of a Greater Israel…??

1948 till date, 77 years of ethnically cleansing and forcefully displacing Palestinians, not to mention the constant terrorizing of nearby Middle Eastern states like Lebanon, Syria, Yemen and even faraway Iran, all but a few entities remain silent to avoid “western sanctions”. However when Palestinians decided to stand up for themselves, it’s a problem…?? The West Bank government of Palestinians that is approved by Israel, do you know why Palestinians don’t regard them…?? It’s because they work together with Israeli forces to oppress them that is why Palestinians in Gaza and West Bank rather follow the leadership of Hamas.

P.S : Hamas is a political party not an armed force. The military arm of Hamas responsible for operation Al Aqsa flood on October 7 is the Qassam Brigades.

One man's terrorist is the other's freedom fighter.

Of course you and everyone on earth no the issue did not start on october 7th.

Of course, the people of Gaza should leap for joy when someone stands up to their oppressors. This is why they voted in Hamas; hamas is their hero and champion.
They are there very own aggressor, Israel as never been oppressor, they choose violence and always initiate war from day 1.
Of course that's what happens where terrorist figures are chosen as role models.

Among the lies being spread is an effort to undermine Israel’s legitimacy by accusing it of being a settler-colonial state. Those spreading this lie argue that Jews have no historical connection to the land of Israel and that Zionists - those who support the right of Jewish self-determination and national homeland in the land of Israel - came to colonize the land, taking it from the Palestinians beginning in the late nineteenth century. However, this claim ignores the thousands of years of deep connection between the Jewish people and the Land of Israel.

The global economy and trade, Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine, were weighty enough on the agenda of the on-going G7 Summit in Canada. The Canadian govt had wanted to keep Israel and Gaza off the agenda. With the Iran conflagration, that now seems impossible.

The G7 summit is attended by leaders from the seven member countries and the European Union, but leaders of other important global allies are also invited. This year attendance will be unusually high. Prime Minister Mark Carney of Canada, which this year holds the G7 presidency, has invited the leaders of several nonmember countries: India, Brazil, South Africa, Mexico, Ukraine, Australia and South Korea, and the head of NATO.

Sarcasm, but this post also posits some truths!

"What Iran is allowed to do, according to Israel’s own rules of engagement in Gaza:

If a single Israeli reservist or Likud member lives in a high-rise building, or if a single pistol is nearby, knock down the whole thing

If an Israeli reservist is being treated at a hospital, bomb the sh*t out of it

Since Netanyahu is hiding in an unknown bunker under a densely populated city, drop a bomb every 5 meters indiscriminately until you hit the target. Even if you miss, it’s okay, it’s the intention that counts. (Israel “tried to assassinate” Ezz al-Din al-Haddad 12 times, each resulted a massacre. He’s still alive).

Israelis huddling at a shelter? Surely one of two of them must be Khamas… I mean IDF-linked; so level those places at random, & claim you were aiming for any reservist whose name shows up among the victims. It’s an inevitability if you killed 100 people in one strike, that at least one of them would be a rank & file member of something!

Issue an evacuation order to 80% of Israel, then bomb at will. Anyone who complains, yell at them “we told Israelis to move south”

Bomb journalists, they’re “propaganda operatives” (serious Israeli pretext). Bomb humanitarian workers & doctors to starve the population & collapse their health system, then claim they got in the way or were being used as human shields (or that they are Likud members themselves).

Every time you kill a lot of civilians, keep repeating “they voted for a convicted terrorist (Ben-Gvir), therefore they are all guilty”.

Keep saying “there was a ceasefire on June 12” & “all of this can end now if Israel surrenders and releases the khostages”!
Bomb power plants, seaports, airports, water stations, sewage plants… & claim they all benefited the IDF, since soldiers are humans who use electricity & water (works for Israel every time!)

Shoot anyone with a white flag, & shoot hundreds of kids in the skull, then call the doctors documenting this “Khamas”… I mean “Likud”!

Use only bombs that splinter into ten thousand pieces & kill people in a radius of 500 meters at random!
Those are literally Israel’s rules of engagement in Gaza & this is barely scratching the surface. I can go all day!

PS. For idiots & dingdongs, this post is sarcastic, I don’t approve of violence against civilians under any circumstances. If this post triggered you, blame your darling Israel not me. These are their rules!"

Trump administration considers adding 36 countries to travel ban list

An internal memo reviewed by The Post sets a 60-day deadline for the targeted nations to conform with certain requirements, or face a full or partial entry ban.

The United States is considering restricting entry to citizens of an additional 36 countries in what would be a significant expansion of the travel ban announced by the Trump administration early this month, according to a State Department memo reviewed by The Washington Post.

The memo, signed by Secretary of State Marco Rubio and sent to U.S. diplomats on Saturday, says the governments of the listed nations have 60 days to meet new requirements established by the State Department.

The State Department alleged that some of the countries mentioned have not met various benchmarks, such as “no competent or cooperative central government authority” to provide reliable identity documents or a large number of citizens who have violated the terms of their visas.

However, the memo included a caveat: if a country is willing to accept third-country nationals who are being removed from the United States, it would ease other concerns.

The list of countries which could face visa restrictions, travel bans,or other restrictions includes 25 countries in Africa: Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cabo Verde, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Egypt, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Liberia, Malawi, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Several Caribbean nations are on the list as well: Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Saint Lucia.

There are also four countries in Asia listed: Bhutan, Cambodia, Kyrgyzstan, and Syria; and three countries in Oceania: Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu

Those countries have until 8 a.m. Wednesday to provide the State Department with an initial plan of action to meet the new requirements.

A spokesperson for the Department of State did not comment on ongoing internal deliberations but said the department is always reevaluating policies to ensure Americans are safe and foreign nationals abide by the law.

It’s unclear if the travel restrictions will take effect after that deadline.

Reports about the new internal memo arrive just one week after Trump revived his first-term travel ban and announced a full ban on entry into the United States from 12 countries and travel restrictions on seven others.

Even at that, the Israelites were said to have “migrated from Egypt to Canaan”. (Which in present day encompasses land from Israel, Syria, Lebanon and Jordan. (Greater Israel project rings a bell)).

Thousands of years of deep connection…?? I wonder why Jews in the 1930s were illegally migrating from Europe into Palestine in search of a place to call home.
By your logic, South Eastern Nigerians can enter into Bakassi in Cameroon and say, “we have a deep, historical connection to it, so it is our land”.

The link to the YouTube video you shared, the narrator made mention of a point that the word “Palestine” was coined by Greek historian Herodotus in 5 BC to refer to the Philistines that lived in present day Gaza region. Those Philistines are the original owners of the land before it was ruled over by Jews then Babylonians, Romans, Byzantine, Muslims, Crusaders, Ottomans then the British. So if present day nationals of these former empire decide to say that they have a right to Palestine because they are historically connected to it, does that make any sense…??

Who do you think displaced the jews from palestine? do you know about the Roman Conquest and Destruction of the Second Temple in 70 CE when many Jews were killed, enslaved, or displace and again in 136 CE under Emperor Hadrian of the Roman Empire who renamed Judea as Palaestina, expelled many Jews and banned them from Jerusalem. When the caliphate conquered Palestine they mate Roman, greeks and arab christians not jews as they were a minority at that time and the caliphate never expelled those jews.

I tend not to follow this topic cause I could care less but haven't this people been fighting long before Britain was an empire, heck, long before Christianity was a popular religion?

Kingdom of Judea: Origin
Between roughly 1050 BC and 930 BC, the Israelites lived in a state called the United Monarchy, a kingdom under the reigns of the prominent Israeli kings Saul, David, and Solomon. This was a golden age in Israeli history when the power and wealth of the Israeli kingdom reached its peak.
After the death of King Solomon around 926 BCE, tensions flared between the ten tribes of the north and the southern tribes in Jerusalem. Solomon's successor, Rehoboam, ignored economic complaints from the northern tribes, and the kingdom split apart. The northern tribes formed the Kingdom of Israel, which lasted until being defeated by the Assyrian Empire in 722 BCE. The southern tribes became the Kingdom of Judea.

The Muslims of course. The Islamic Caliphate occupied the land after the Byzantine Empire. I made mention of that in my previous quote. The population they met there had a majority population of Christians and minority population of Jews.

Now if you would just answer these questions of mine.

Milkor and Hanwha Systems sign agreement for AESA radar integration on Milkor 380 UAV

South Korea’s Hanwha Systems has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to integrate its Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) on the Milkor 380 Medium-Altitude Long-Endurance (MALE) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV).

Hanwha Systems said it brings deep expertise in AESA radar technology, having developed advanced airborne radar solutions. The integration of its SAR payload will equip the Milkor 380 with high-resolution imaging, Ground and Maritime Moving Target Indication (GMTI/MMTI), and all-weather reconnaissance capability – significantly enhancing its effectiveness in intelligence-gathering and situational awareness.

Hanwha is no stranger to working with South African companies, as it contracted Paramount Aerospace to help test the AESA radar being developed for South Korea’s indigenous KF-21 Boramae fighter jet. Test flights aboard a modified Boeing 737 took place from Pretoria’s Wonderboom National Airport.

The Milkor 380 can be armed, and has already been displayed with Al Tariq X-series precision guided munitions, Halcon Desert Sting DS-16 guided bombs, and FZ602 laser-guided rocket launchers. A mockup of a Milkor-developed missile has also been shown under the aircraft, as Milkor is exploring in-house missile development.

Annual UAV production stands at eight per year, with plans to reach sixteen units a year by 2026. Last year Milkor had half a dozen Milkor 380s under construction at its Cape Town manufacturing facility.

Iran is getting hammered to pieces by Israel.
Re: African Militaries/ Security Services Strictly Photos Only And Videos Thread by Faithful007: 7:16pm On Jun 17, 2025
As it becomes pretty clear that US is very likely to attack Iran, here are some things I have to say

When the whole stuff just started, I correctly called that Israel won't be able to destroy Iran's underground military sites. I also called that Israel will find it difficult preventing Iran's ballastic missiles from hitting Israel.

Now this is what I have to say with US involvement. US will possibly destroy some of the less fortified sites like Natanz. But I really doubt it will succeed with the underground sites by airpower alone. I believe they know this, thats why I think a very ambitious plan is being hatched.

Now this is what I'm thinking. Israel is hatching a plan to invade Iran, with US logistic support. I believe they want to infiltrate the sites and destroy them from within. Second is control Iran and put a friendly puppet government. Third most likely is forcefully relocate all Palestinians to Iran.

I have a strong feeling that this is the plan, whether the US will agree to an invasion or of it would be successful remains to be seen.

One strong reason I think Israel wants to invade Iran is this; Israeli government approved the ability to call up aditional 400k reserves last month for a 'fresh Gaza offensive'. However, back in 2023, Israel invaded Gaza with far less troops, about 20k. calling up almost the entire army for Gaza doesn't really make any sense to me except there's another plan, which is Iran.

threat perception is low; so, there is no need for such things.

We should focus on the development of our economies and the improvement of the quality of life. If we find ourselves caught-up in any security or geo-political issue before we are able to achieve the two things I mentioned above, then we should rely on wisdom to go through them.

It is not only expensive to build such high-grade weaponry, it is also expensive to maintain and keep them operational. Remember, our defence budget is too small! Apart from Egypt, Algeria and South Africa, our defence budget in Nigeria is the highest and you know how small it is!

For the other African countries, their defence budget is mainly about recurrent expenditure.

The war between Israel and Iran is another reminder, nobody goes to war alone.

If you're going to go to war, build a coalition, when the US eventually, inevitably enters this war, it would be done and dusted for all of Iran's conventional capabilities.

They'll have to switch to guerrilla tactics in the event of a ground invasion. Also apart from the war in Korea and Vietnam, it's always better to be a US ally than a Russian or Chinese ally.

Good, our politicians in Nigeria understand this.

It's almost impossible for Russia and China to provide you enough military support to stay in a fight. Both countries are able to defend themselves, but they lack the capability to project power beyond their respective regions unlike the US.

I just hope our military planners are taking important lessons from the various conventional conflicts going on across the globe.

Also there's been no evidence showing aircraft losses by the IDF.

Especially when you take into account Iran has what's considered to be a good Ground Based Air Defence System.

lol, they will project power for an African country and they haven’t given us viper heli since we ordered it. Our leaders had to organize a meeting reminder

It's almost impossible for Russia and China to provide you enough military support to stay in a fight. Both countries are able to defend themselves, but they lack the capability to project power beyond their respective regions unlike the US.
I don’t know about Russia but don’t underestimate the extent China might go to keep Iran from falling if she’s invaded.

China borders Pakistan which borders Iran. You understand where this is headed right?

Where you see religious, political and sentimental interests, China sees natural resources and economic interests.

Iran has one of the world largest oil, gas and solid mineral reserves, and is a key supplier to the Chinese since she is sanctioned from western markets. Letting those resources fall into western control will spell danger for the Chinese economy. No cheap resources anymore. The Chinese tend to be very aggressive with economic interests.

Part of the reason China is very close to Pakistan is because they are the main artery of the belt and road initiative. The next country on the list? Iran.

Personally I don’t think an invasion will happen but I think that was Israel’s plan from the start.

With the way things are in America, the administration that will send US military to fight a war in Africa, will lose the presidency and that party will not get it back for at least 20 years.

And the hatred continues . Even when it's their own citizens.

Despite placing our order, we still haven’t received the Vipers. Our leadership is left pleading, which is truly disheartening. This kind of treatment explains why smaller countries often turn to Russian or Chinese technology. South Africa is fortunate to have developed its own helicopters and aircraft indigenously which is the route we should go.
