This is what I was saying few days ago. The idea of just hastily dismissing the Benue crisis as that of perennial farmer-herders crisis is wrong.

You can't just sit in Abuja or Lagos and claim with full authority that it is the age-long Farmers and herders attacking themselves all over again.

From the man's account of things it appears the Fulannnis are on a campaign to take over their perceived enemies' villages after driving them off their ancestral lands.

One then needs to wonder how to "reconcile" with such people as directed by President Emilokan. There has clearly been a case of failure of our security agencies most especially the intelligence agencies who have been reduced to threatening innocent citizens who criticize the government instead of actually doing intelligence work of solving some of our security challenges in this country.

I keep saying it that the DSS,NIA and the military intelligence unit are obviously useless if they can't gather intelligence and solve this crisis. I can't imagine such attacks going on in America or Israel and the FBI and Mossad just look on while their citizens keep getting decimated

A cargo plane took off from China on Friday, the day after Israel's strike on Iran.
The next day, the second plane took off from the coastal city.
On Monday - another one, this time from Shanghai.

According to tracking data, each plane flew west through northern China, then crossed Kazakhstan, descended through Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan — and disappeared from radar as it approached Iran.

The flight plan listed Luxembourg as the final destination, but the aircraft apparently never approached European skies.

According to aviation experts, the Boeing 747s used are typically used to transport military equipment and weapons.

NC clashes are always in different locations. Different places in Benue, Plateau are experiencing these wipeouts. I struggle to believe it is a communal clash.
