Even the multiple shots are a wastage, particularly against Iran's hypersonic and maneuverable missiles like the Fattah-1. Israel fired 12 interceptors at a Fattah-1 missile and every single one missed.

In a normal scenario, it's usually 2 or 3 interceptors per missile, or at most, four. But firing a dozen and still missing is something else.

I'm sure they israel only fired 12 because they needed to reload. If not, they would've fired more than 12.
