It only means the.an doesn't necessarily trust his partner and fears she might get married after his demise.

It takes some real level of distrust for a man to be thinking of his widowed wife remarrying while he is preparing his will.

That's the kind of insecurity that comes with an 82 year old being married to a woman below 40.

The man's first wife died in 2013 before he married the current wife in 2013. I guess the man didn't fooool himself to believe the current wife married him for love 😂.

I honestly can't fault his last wish on this matter.

The man can actually decide to bequeath his inheritance to whoever he pleases under whatever condition he elects; provided the condition is not against the law.

Shebi we saw families like Abiola's family requiring anybody that wants to be a beneficiary of their father's inheritance to subject himself or herself to a DNA test at the man's family hospital. Why can't the children challenge the condition in court and claim they cannot be compelled to do medical test to inherit their father's property?

Methinks the woman should just follow the dictate of the man and get the inheritance for herself and her children. Remember she is not the man's first wife but his second wife, so the children of the first wife can always present superior arguments in court if she decides to head to court

The law is not recognizing the corpse of the spouse, rather the law is recognizing the wish of the man while he was living as to how he wants his estate to be administered after his demise.

He could as well have asked the property to be willed to less privileged and leave nothing for his wife; there's nothing the wife would have done about that. I hope you know that ? What you get in a will is a privilege , not a right! And for u to qualify for such privilege , there are conditions attached to it.

It is as simple as that.

When Israel suffers direct hit u will see Pro-Israeli media post pictures of the extent of damage . The same people shouting censorship will post the pictures and jerrrk themselves up with same pictures claiming Israel is suffering irreparable damage in the war.

The moment Israel goes on the offensive taking out Military bases, weapons storage facilities and missile launchers, they will look away hoping Iran will retaliate soonest and give them content to jerrrrk off with again. When Iran continuously fire blanks and Israelis keep giving updates of Iranian sites getting hit, they will remember the censorship card all over again.

What caught my eye was that after filling the belly of his 5 children and wife with property, he forgot to add FIFTEEN other landed properties to the will. The real money na water.
