The Redmi A5 is better than all the available option , all the option uses the same type of CPU but the a5 comes with android go edition , meaning the OS is lighter , which will not be a strain on the cpu , it will give the cpu power to do other stuff you want to do and snappy as well, all the others carrying full android will feel heavy on the cpu leading to lagging of apps, and I dont think there is anything you want to do on the full android that you can't do on the android go , enterprise grade apps work on Android go, meaning there is little or nothing you are missing

The cheat is , if you are going for those type of CPU phone , go with the one with android go don't use the one with the full android , go to there page on gsmareana , Redmi 14c user complain of lag and realme c71 is behind them all

If you want a midrange Soc and you don't want to see annoying lags again, for mediatek, go for G95, G96, G99, G100, G200, Dimensity series.
For Qualcomm, the numbering doesn't quite follow but go for the midrange snapdragon series. If you have phones you wanna compare, let me know and I'll tell you the one to get for best value

Redmi note 14 would perform well without lags. It uses a midrange Soc Helio G99ultra.

Oh okay. Spark 30 pro has a better CPU which would perform a bit better. Redmi note 14 however has a better camera though not by a wide margin
